About BCPN
BCPN exists to strengthen connection, clarity, and collective action.
The organization serves as a network umbrella across Illinois, helping community organizations, providers, and partners work together while keeping BCPN positioned as the connector and convener rather than the direct service provider.

Network first
BCPN keeps the network visible and usable so visitors can reach the right organizations and partnerships.
Research informed
Survey work, partner feedback, and initiative reporting help BCPN produce analysis and recommendations.
Community accountable
The role of the site is to guide people toward BCPN, then toward the right partner, resource, or initiative.
